Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a 7-day conditional refund window from the date of purchase only if all of the following criteria are met:

  • You have completed no more than 20% of the course content

  • You have not downloaded any accompanying PDFs, worksheets, or bonus materials

  • You submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase

  • You provide a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations (for quality-improvement purposes)

Refund requests that do not meet all criteria will not be approved.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase

  • More than 20% of the course content has been accessed

  • Any downloadable materials have been accessed or downloaded

  • The course was purchased at a discounted, promotional, or bundled rate

  • Access was revoked due to a violation of the Terms of Use (including sharing login credentials or course materials)​

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is approved:

  • Your access to the course and all materials will be immediately revoked

  • Any saved progress will be permanently removed
